Anzac Day Trust Fund COVID-19 Grants Program - Round 3 (including retrospective funding from Round 1 in 2021 and Round 2 in 2022)
This round will open for submissions at 1:00pm on 20 April 2023 (AEST) and close at midnight on Sunday, 11 June 2023.
Before you begin your online application, please ensure you have read the Anzac Day Trust Fund COVID-19 Grants Program Guidelines.
Completing the online application form
As you commence, you will find a Form Navigation contents box in the top left-hand corner of each page, this tool allows you to navigate between pages in the application form.
You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application.
Use the TAB button to move throughout the fields and columns in the application form.
At any stage, you can download your application form. Click on the Download PDF button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.
Saving your draft application
It is recommended that you click the Save Progress button regularly as you complete the application form.
For security reasons you will be logged out of your application if 20 minutes elapses and you have not saved your progress or navigated between pages.
If you wish to leave your partially completed application, press the Save and Close button and log out.
When you log back in, click on the My Submissions link at the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can then reopen your draft application and re-commence your application form.
Uploading supporting documents
Throughout the application form, you will be asked to upload attachments to support your application. You will need to have the required documents already saved on your computer, or on a storage device before this can occur.
You need to allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file. Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 5MB.
Submitting your completed application
You will need to submit your application before midnight on Sunday 11 June 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.
After you submit your application, you cannot make any further edits or upload any further supporting materials.
You will need to review your completed application prior to submitting it. To do this, press the Review and Submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel.
Once you have reviewed your application, simply press the Submit button at the top or bottom of the screen, or on the navigation panel. You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions are completed and there are no validation errors.
When you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email you used to register.
If you do not receive a confirmation of submission, you should firstly check your spam or junk folder. If you cannot see a confirmation of submission form, then you should presume that your submission has not been submitted.
Simply follow the steps above to submit the application.
Sharing log-in details
More than one person can work on the same application form, using the same log-in details. However, only one person can work on the application form at the same time.
