The Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Grant Program serves as a tangible response to local challenges while amplifying opportunities that strengthen social bonds, contribute to sustainable growth, bolster community capability and capacity, and support the long-term health and well-being of both the region and its residents.

The ACF (Moreton Bay) is part of Ausbuild’s overarching community development program that aims to create opportunities for the Moreton Bay community to thrive, enhance the natural environment, and contribute to positive legacy-making.

• Maximise the delivery of local projects or programs that support the region’s sustainable growth.
• Foster happy, healthy and connected communities by supporting the wellbeing of the region’s current and future residents.
• Protect and enhance the local natural environment.

Funding

The Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Grant Program offers up to $50,000 across one funding round in 2024 with applications between $500 and $25,000 eligible. 

From crucial life-saving equipment to fostering employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, these diverse projects are set to create a positive and enduring impact on a broad spectrum of individuals. Volunteers, young people, local caregivers, individuals with disabilities, and our environment will all benefit significantly.

Who can apply?

Organisations that include schools, community groups, and not-for-profits that propose to deliver an Initiative in one or more suburbs within the Moreton Bay Local Government Area (Applicant).

An Applicant does not need to have a physical premises or office located in the Moreton Bay Local Government Area, but the grant application must be for an Initiative delivered within one or more suburbs in the Moreton Bay Local Government Area.
