Purpose
Together with Bakers Delight’s Healthy Solutions range, Life Ed is encouraging young people to get gardening and to ask more questions about where their food comes from.
Overview
By telling Life Ed about your efforts you will have the opportunity to win one of 25 Growing Good Grains Grants – valued at $1,000 – for your primary school, preschool or early learning centre.
In order to give schools more opportunity to secure a grant, applications will be categorised by school type and size. Five grants will be awarded under each of the five categories:
– Early Learning Centres and Preschools
– Primary schools with:
- 0 to 200 students
- 201 to 400 students
- 401 to 600 students
- 600+ students
Limitations
Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over who:
- is either:
- a parent or guardian to a child enrolled in and attending the Australian school the subject of the Entry, or
- a teacher, principal or other staff member of the Australian school the subject of the Entry; and
- have obtained approval from the Australian school the subject of the Entry to enter the competition on behalf of the school.
