The Berrybank Wind Farm Project Grants Program provides financial assistance to local community groups and individuals who support local community projects that operate within 75 kilometres of the Berrybank Wind Farm.

Grants of up to $25,000 are available. These grants may be combined with other funding or used to leverage additional funding from other grant funding bodies, including government, and may be acquitted up to three years after being awarded. Applicants may apply for annual funding over a number of years to fund large scale projects delivering significant benefits to local communities.

• Funding is available to community groups and individuals acting on behalf of their community
• Funding of up to $25,000 is available.
• Funding is available to projects located within 75 kilometres of the Berrybank Wind Farm.

Projects must be based in Corangamite Shire or significantly benefit Corangamite residents, within 75km of the Berrybank Windfarm. Applications are accepted from Incorporated, not-for-profit organisations.

Auspicing

• 1. Unincorporated not-for-profit organisations may be auspiced by an incorporated association.
• 2. An auspicing organisation will not be counted as an applicant when applying on behalf of an unincorporated body.
• 3. An auspicing body may not apply on behalf ofgroups which are sub-groups or project groups for projects or activities conducted by that auspicing body.
