Purpose
CS Energy provides sponsorships in three funding rounds each financial year in the communities that surround Kogan Creek Power Station in the Western Downs and Callide Power Station in Central Queensland.
Overview
The sponsorships typically range from $1,000 to $20,000 and are awarded to projects that the funder believes will have a lasting, positive impact on the community.
To be eligible for a CS Energy sponsorship, your community project or event must align with one or more of the investment areas of focus:
- Safety and environment
- Social and community development
- Education
- Culture and art
- Active and healthy communities
- Indigenous
Eligibility
The sponsorship program is open to not-for-profit organisations such as:
- Schools, P&Cs, or educational institutions
- Charities
- Community clubs
- Environmental organisations
- Sporting clubs
- Industry or business associations
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander organisations.
Your project or event must be located within the Western Downs or Banana Shire Regional Council areas.
