The Our Marine Parks Grant Program is investing in the long-term health of Australia's Marine Parks, providing opportunities for regional communities, First Nations organisations, the tourism sector, scientists, recreational and commercial fishing and the seafood industry.

This program looks to:

• increase engagement in the management of Australian Marine Parks
• support pathways for First Nations people to manage their traditional land and Sea Country
• improve sustainability in fishing practices to support the objectives of Australian Marine Parks management plans
• undertake practical and innovative activities that support and improve park management and conserve and protect marine species and habitats
• improve knowledge and understanding of Australian Marine Parks.

Round Five of the grant program will deliver $5.6 million to engage Australian marine park users - building their capacity to actively participate in managing Australian Marine Parks. It supports collaborative efforts that protect biodiversity, enhance ecosystem health, and strengthen culturally informed stewardship of our marine environment.

Grants Funding:  $50,000 to $500,000
