Purpose
To support land holders to improve biosecurity outcomes in the Gympie region.
Overview
- Maximum grant amount: $2,500 per syndicate No applicant co-contribution required, though co-contribution is considered favourably (noting that landholders/community group are required to undertake or arrange all works associated with the project).
Priorities (address at least one)
- Pest animal control program with ongoing pest management plan that covers a minimum of 12 months.
- Pest plant control program with ongoing pest management plan that covers a minimum of 12 months.
- Biocontrol release and monitoring project with ongoing pest management plan that covers a minimum of 12 months.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a syndicate comprised of:
- a minimum of 2 landowners of separate properties; and/or
- a not-for-profit community organisation/s.
