The Environmental Sustainability Grant provides one-off funding to support landowners' environmental works community group projects in environmental and sustainability projects that support the strategic vision for Frankston City's future.

Introduction The Environmental Sustainability Grant provides one-off funding to support community group projects and individual landowner environmental works that support the strategic vision for Frankston City's future. This grant includes two funding categories:

• Landowner Works
  • Priority: Revegetation works on private land that contribute to mapped biodiversity corridors connecting native vegetation across the landscape.
• Community Projects
  • Priority: Community group sustainability projects that have a community education and engagement component.

Community groups and organisations seeking to apply for funds must be:

• Not-for-profit community group or organisation
• Be one of the following:
  • Incorporated Association
  • Enacted under legislative provisions for charitable purposes
  • Unincorporated Group with an auspice organisation (must provide evidence of agreement)

Landowners Works seeking to apply for funds must be:

• rural landowners
• Your property must be minimum of 2/3 Acre (2,697.9sqm).
• The property must be located within the local Government area of
  Frankston City. Frankston City includes Carrum Downs, Karingal, Langwarrin, Sandhurst, Seaford, Skye, Frankston, Frankston Heights, Frankston North and Frankston South.
