The Scholarship supports young women from new and emerging culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to achieve their aspirations and goals in life where there may be barriers or disadvantages to achieving these goals.

The In Her Name Fashion Entrepreneurship Prize awards $10,000 to one young woman ready to grow a business in the fashion industry or turn her skills and ideas into one. In addition to the scholarship, the recipient will be sponsored to gain practical runway experience at the Kaleidoscope World of Fashion Festival in Perth and receive mentorship through BN Collective to support their scholarship journey.

To be eligible for an In Her Name Scholarship, we require you to meet all three elements of the eligibility criteria. We will not consider your application if you do not meet the criteria. We hope to expand eligibility in the future as the program grows.

You must:

• be between 18-35 years old. If you turn 36 during the application period (12 March 2026 - 22 April 2026), you may still apply.
• have directly experienced migration to or settlement in Australia.
• be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a current refugee or humanitarian visa at the time of application.
• identify as belonging to a new and emerging community Lived Experience be a woman or selfidentify with womanhood, including transgender women and non-binary individuals.
