Purpose

Do you know a community champion who helps keep our city safe? Give them the recognition they deserve by nominating them for a 2025 Safer Suburbs Award!

Overview

Award categories:

  • Individual
    • Celebrating those inspirational residents including young people, seniors and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who enhance safety.
  • Group
    • Recognising the contribution of community groups that enhance safety outcomes in our city.
  • Project or initiative
    • Acknowledging innovative projects or initiatives from schools, government agencies and businesses that enhance safety outcomes in our community.

Award nominees will be recognised at an Awards ceremony in October where the winners will be announced. A meritorious award will also be presented to a nominee who demonstrates special merit.
