Funding is available for people with extreme functional impairment caused by a physical disability.

This can be used for essential disability equipment, home modifications, and basic household items such as whitegoods and essential furniture.

Please keep in mind we have limited funds, so we are unable to fund 'top of the range' items.

Both individuals and eligible organisations on behalf of an individual can apply for a grant.

Eligible individuals:

1. Aged between 16 and 65.
2. Have a permanent diagnosed physical disability (e.g. Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, brain or spinal cord injury) and extreme functional impairment.
3. Must be moving into appropriate housing within 3 months of application.
4. People with NDIS plans must show evidence of additional need.
5. Currently residing in Australia.

Eligible organisations:

1. Government and non-government Organisations.
2. Able to provide evidence of current Public Liability insurance for no lessthan $5 million.
3. Able to provide current financial records or a current annual report
