Overview
This new program represents the next phase for disability supports, following recent reforms to the ILC Program.
Supports funded under the grant opportunity may provide benefit to children aged 0-8 and their families where this forms part of a broader service offer or scope.
Successful organisations will be funded to deliver activities that strengthen support networks, including peer support networks, empower people with disability, and foster meaningful connections across diverse communities.
This grant opportunity will be split into three (3) activity streams:
- Stream 1: Individual and Family Capacity Building,
- Stream 2: Community Capacity Building,
- Stream 3: Information, Advice and Referral.
Applicants may apply for more than one (1) stream (although this is not a requirement) and will need to complete a separate application for each stream being applied for.
