Purpose
These grants are intended to help organizations offset the costs of trail maintenance, waterway protection, urban greenspace improvement, and overall environmental preservation to create equitable outdoor access for all.
Overview
Athletic Brewing are proud to offer the Two For The Trails grants of varying sizes to nonprofit trail organizations, environmental protection organizations, and other nonprofit volunteer groups with outdoor protection and restoration projects. These grants are intended to help organizations offset the costs of trail maintenance, waterway protection, urban greenspace improvement, and overall environmental preservation to create equitable outdoor access for all.
Not all nature needs a trail to enjoy- we also fund projects or campaigns focused on broader environmental protections like invasive species removal, beach clean-ups and native plant/animal habitat restoration, just to name a few.
Grants range from $600 - $50,000 with an average award being around $5,000.
Eligibility
Any registered non-profit organization working in trail construction and maintenance, waterway protection, environmental stewardship and other outdoor conservation is encouraged to apply.
While priority is given to markets in which they distribute (US, Canada, UK, and the EU), they do not limit the locations of their charitable giving.
