GiveOUT Day brings over 100 LGBTQIA+ not-for-profits together on one national platform, making it easier for supporters to find, fund and champion your work.

Participation is free and eligible donations will be doubled with dollar matching. You'll also receive resources, workshops, drop-in support and practical fundraising guidance to help you make the most of your campaign.

Donations made before and on GiveOUT Day are eligible for dollar matching (also known as matched funding). Limits apply per cause to ensure equitable distribution.

We're still finalising the matched funding pool for 2026 and will share the total amount available closer to GiveOUT Day.

In 2025, we were able to match up to $1,750 per cause.

• Your organisation or project is specifically designed to benefit LGBTQIA+ communities in Australia.
• Your organisation or project uses one of the following non-profit models:
  • ACNC-registered charity
  • Incorporated association, public company limited by guarantee, or non-distributing co-operative that can provide proof of non-profit status
  • Unincorporated association with an eligible auspice organisation
  • Individual, sole trader, or group of individuals with an eligible auspice organisation (assessed case-by-case)
