Purpose
The focus of Gandel Foundation's Open Grant Round is to support young adults aged 16-24 as they transition through this key developmental stage, with particular emphasis on those experiencing multiple forms of disadvantage.
Overview
The grant round welcomes a range of approaches, including upstream initiatives such as research, policy development and innovation that address systemic challenges affecting young people (for example, youth homelessness or access to education and job training), as well as downstream initiatives that provide direct support to individuals and groups experiencing heightened vulnerability.
It is anticipated granting to existing/previous grant partners as well as new potential partners.
Funding: Up to $50,000.
Eligibility
To be eligible your organisation must:
- Be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
- Hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1 status at the time of application.
