In 2026 reCALIbrate is expanding the program to provide more opportunities for more women across life insurance, whether that's supporting financial risk advisers to attend the FAAA Congress or helping emerging and established life insurance leaders accelerate their professional development.

Women can choose the opportunity that best suits their career aspirations or apply for both.

Women in Life Insurance pathway:  Through leadership development, mentoring and access to Future Women's national network, participants will gain practical tools to support the next stage of their careers.

Participants receive:

A 12 month Future Women membership which includes:

• A virtual ticket to the Future Women Leadership Summit in March 2027
• Career planning development, guided by a psychometric assessment and a focused 12-month goal setting process
• Six expert-led masterclasses to advance your skills
• Group mentoring with experienced mentors and advisory board
• Member only community and resources including podcasts, newsletters
• Bi-monthly peer learning catch-ups to network and discuss workplace trends, plus quarterly sessions exclusively for Women of Colour to discuss unique workplace challenges.

FAAA Congress grant pathway:  Designed for women working in financial risk advice who may not otherwise be able to attend the FAAA Congress this year.

Recipients receive:

• A $2,000 grant to attend the FAAA Congress from 24-26 November in Melbourne.
• Access to the CALI Women's Executive Network
• Invitation to a VIP breakfast in Melbourne with CALI
