Purpose
Creative Australia is supporting 6 places in the Executive Colloquium run by Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership and will cover the full tuition for each place.
Overview
These scholarships are for established arts and cultural leaders with at least 20-years of experience seeking support to navigate the ethical complexities of contemporary arts organisations.
The Executive Colloquium fosters deep conversations and collective wisdom, supporting you to refine your ethical decision-making and build the resilience to navigate complexity with integrity and courage. Delivered over 5-days, this immersive program involves connecting with program peers through moderated discussion centred around prescribed readings. You will be part of a cohort of approximately 20 leaders from a range of sectors and professional backgrounds.
Scholarship recipients will need to cover the cost of travel and accommodation for in-person activities.
Limitations
The opportunity is only open to:
- individuals
- Australian citizens or Australian permanentresidents
- practising artists or arts workers with at least 20-years of experience in the arts and cultural sector
- applicants who are employed at least 0.5 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) in an organisation that provides a service to the arts and culturein Australia
- applicants primarily working in First Nations Arts and Culture, Community Arts and Cultural Development, Emerging and Experimental Arts, Multi-Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts or Literature and the intersections of these artforms
- applicants who are available to attend all of the program's activities.
