The Queensland Government provides sponsorship towards significant events and initiatives that provide positive and tangible benefits to communities across the state.
Sponsorship is available to businesses, incorporated associations, local councils and not-for-profit organisations. Sponsorship cannot be provided to individuals.
Limitations
Applications are only accepted online and should be submitted at least eight months prior to the event, noting it can take four months to receive a formal outcome to your application.
Dependent on the level of funding support requested, this extended timeframe enables adequate consultation and assessment and, where agreement is formed, ensures the partnership can be mutually beneficial.
